Identify part attached to bottom of airbox?

Hi All,
Can anyone identify what this is in the middle of the picture that is screwed into the middle of the airbox please. I cannot find any wires that should be connected to it.
Thanks
Bill

Boost pressure sending unit

thumbdoctor,

Boost pressure sending unit?
Now that is interesting as this is a Carrera 3.0 which I believe is in many ways a naturally aspirated 930 turbo engine but with higher compression.
Would the factory install this just to blank off that port as I have no boost or do I have a turbo airbox on here?
There is another open port without a hose on it I am not sure about as well which was allowing unfiltered air into the airbox. I am assuming I should plug this one.
