Help with 73 Horn - I might have lost a piece

So in doing some work on the horn. Was working fine but then started to go off when I turned the wheel. Took it apart and the brass contact piece with the spring was out of its perch/hole and there was this black plastic piece that I'd not really noticed before. Problem is it looks like there should be another half somewhere...

How's this all work together?

Thanks

T
