				Experience with 12V solenoid/actuator?

As the title says. I have heard and experienced that cold start with PMO throttle bodies are a bit cumbersome. In ordinary engines, there is an idle valve motor that allows a little extra air when the engine is cold. But the PMO has the butterflies stuck in idle position. So it will, at best, do a few hundred RPM lower when it is cold. What I intend to do, is to help the engine breathe during cold start. It am thinking I could solve it with a 12V rotary solenoid / actuator that gently pushes the throttle link a tiny amount out of normal idle position. I picture one that has mounted a "cam-lobe" on the shaft, that pushes the throttle link when it's below 65 degrees in the heads. This can easily be controlled from my TEC3r EFI, I'll just use the programmable outputs. My question: Anyone been involved in something similar? Please share any helpful tips you may have. What about this one? (is it strong enough?) Oh, a picture of the linkage for reference:
