Hard oil line thread pitch?
I'm putting in a front mount oil cooler and need to make some extension oil lines from the hard lines to the front cooler. Will be using braided lines and A/N fittings.
What is the thread pitch of hard lines and or carrera cooler? Thanks. |

BAT Inc or a few of the race shops online have metric to AN conversion fittings. Depends on how pretty and pricey you want. JEGS....can't think of the pricey company....brain freeze.

Beware of the type of inner hose
My used SC oil lines came out of a crashed race car with the AN adaptors & Braided Steel. I just use solid lines & a trombone for now. However, the hose inside was regular heater hose for water(not good). Factory Metric Nuts to the lines with Lens style of adaptors and AN the rest of the way. Do the fittings need to be new & pretty? I would have paid a $1 just to see what the rest of the car looked like after this hit.
