Tool Kit Identification

Can anyone help me identify model(s) and year(s) for the tool kit below please. If anyone has any thoughts on value that would also be helpful via a PM.

Mid year '74-'77.
Search the used parts classified forum to get an idea on value.

Their is a 76-77 toolkit advertised on Ebay for $595.00 (dollars). Check Ebay (Porsche 911 toolkit) as many are advertised through the model years. They are going for a premium these days.

As I understand it, the '76 tool kit is a grey basket weave with a light grey interior. This was only for the year '76 and early '77.
