"Spare parts" engine install...
Hi all,
My engine install on my 82 SC is slow and stready. Today I installed clutch cable, omega spring and levers. This clamp was in the box with the cable stuff, but I cant find a place for it. Any ideas? Christian

Clamp for the vacum line that runs to the power brake booster. should be on the drivers side of the motor about halfway back.

Misleading title. I thought this would be another Motor Meister thread.
![]() I wish I could find about 6 of those clamps.

that's a typical fuel injection type hose clamp found at any auto parts store.

Thanks a lot all,
Probably vacuum line clamp in the wrong box but the brake booster is in the trunk!? The fuel lines are all connectiions with nuts as far as I recall. (connected them yesterday) edit. Probably the vacuum line for the charcoal cannister - that one is missing. Thanks for the input. Last edited by christiandk; 09-10-2013 at 06:42 AM.. |
