Removing Wiring Harness

Trying to remove the wiring harness from my 75. I read a few other threads but not entirely clear.

1. Am I correct that the harness comes out best by pulling it out through the rear of the car?

2. Can this be done without cutting the harness? Almost every every comment I have seen refers to cutting the harness and I would love to avoid that.

Any input is appreciated.

Yes Josh ,you'll pulling out the harness from the back.(because the T14 plug)
I did it on my 74 chassis and I didn't cut the wiring harness.
If I remember well you'll have to separate the part which is going to fuses from the part going to gauges.
It was 9 years ago so difficult to have a clear memory but definitively I didn't cut the harness.
