Question about swapping 911 emblems

I have a 911T that now has a 3.2L engine. Does anyone know if the TARGA emblem will fit in the holes where the 911T emblem was? I realize I could drill holes but the lid is already painted and I would hate to have an old hole exposed.

I don't know if it will match, but a lot of badges for modern 911s (964-996) are self-adhesive.

I fitted this badge (from a 996 "Millennium" model) to my '76 2.7. It says it all, in a fresh new way. I ordered it from the parts counter at my local P-car dealership. Cost me about AUD$30 (US$15!). I know that you can get "targa" in adhesive form also. Just an alternative... ;)

Right'on Adam. I stuck a 996tt Turbo script to my deck lid for that "fresh" look also :)

kretzj, you can stick a 993 Targa script to yours...
