69 seat bolt anchor size.help
I have been searching and cannot find an answer anywhere. I am installing 3point seat belts and have lost my seat belt anchor bolts which thread into the holes on the outside
Of the rear seat buckets. I measured them to be m12 but have to idea what the thread pitch is. (M12 may be wrong) Please help Regards |

All seat belt bolts world wide are 7/16ths UNF (7/16-20).

Typically Grade 5.
You want a softer steel. Higher grade steel will Shear in an extreme situation, lower grade will bend/deform and absorb some energy before failing. Cooper |
