Vintage German Swap Meet for Porsche and Volkswagen

This is the best Porsche gathering next to Hershey.

Group driving up from Philly area leaving from the PA Turnpike and Route 100 (West Chester PA) Saturday morning at 615AM.

This is a true gathering of Porsche enthusiasts!

Love to see some of those North Jersey / NYC crowd.....

It isn't...... all years...... Impact Bumpers, 964, 993, 996, 997, 991s will be there as well as long hoods.... It is a Porsche party.... I believe one year Rob drove his GTS and Chuck drove his Ram dually.....

Hey Luke..

Bert may make it but I can't as I have a class to attend on Saturday.

Unfortunately the PCA National HQ open house is the also on Saturday in Columbia, MD.

So, 3 things that I wanted to do all on the same day!

Im only an hour and half away, I may fire up the 914-6. Ill be then fellow pelican in the blue 914-6 with original paint and patina or Gaurds Red 87 911.

Nice drive out from Hagerstown for my and the missus. I drove my red 911 as I didnt want to deal with rain in Blue. I surprised to see so many 914's and another 914-6. I picked up a very good condition sest for our 914-6, a good clam shell, one good out of 20 borken pos.

Also a scored rear view mirror and an opened after market single outlet pipe and reasonator to hopefully add some growl and get some flow. I hope this will compliment a cleaned out cat Ive readied.

My wife and I had a good time. I got to meet up with an old friend from work that I had not seen in 4 years since he moved to Pennsylvania. It was his first time at a swap meet also. He was very happy to find a rear wing for his SC, even though his son kept telling him he liked the car better without one.
