Rear Panel deck part question
I am installing a set of 964 three point belts in the back of my 82 SC. I want to find a set of the opening covers where the seat belts come out of the back panel. I am wondering either the correct name of the part or preferred a part number. Thanks

I've wanted to do this to my '79, but I didn't think it was possible pre-85. Where are you going to anchor the shoulder belt? Please post pictures of your progress.

Rear deck covers parcel shelf
I know somebody who did this project a few years ago. I believe what he used was those seat belt guides on the B pillars (please see picture) and made a hole on the rear deck and inserted those guides.
![]() I was going that route but ended up buying a rear deck with holes from an 88 selling locally by a Pelican.

Thanks and I do believe I can use the guides you show in your picture. I actually found the other part number for the wider guides. I don't think I need the wider guides though. We are going to attempt this next week wish me luck. I have read every article about doing it on this sight. I am nervous! I will post pictures as it goes along.

Does your car have the tall or short rear deck? Short deck seat belts come out of the top. Tall deck they come out of the front. I have the 964 part for my '86.
If you are looking for the 964 style trim piece , Porsche calls it a "seat belt rose". 964.555.511.01 (L) and 964.555.512.01 (R) -J
