Speedo cable
Ok, as I understand it the speedo cable sends electronic signals on my car (82SC). Is it ok to just cut the cable and later fix it with the proper tool (which I have).
Cant see how it is connected at the tranny and thought I could cut this corner. Am I totally wrong here ??? |

no cutting necessary. remove the cover on the tunnel, under the carpet, and disconnect the plug.

Got it, just need to mark the cables as blue goes to brown and brown goes to .... brown !
