The kid's first porsche

Still has it   Technical content: Look at the lift. Sway bars too stiff??

Very nice. Brings back memories of my "first Porsche". My first Porsche was a little guards red 911 Targa with a black interior that my mom and dad got me for my fifteenth birthday (the day I got my driver's license in Mississippi), and on the day of my party with family and friends they told me they had bought me the car of my dreams and I just knew it was a Porsche 911 because that's all I talked about. They then told me it was out back under the carport. They then walked me out blind folded and gleefully unveiled the Targa to me. My Targa turned out to be a model car that was slightly bigger than a Hot Wheels car and that was the worse birthday present I ever experienced. It still sits over at my parent's house in one of my toy boxes (haven't seen it in years). The joke was definitely on me, and they all got the biggest laugh out of it, but all that did for me was to cement my determination that I would one day own a real Porsche 911. It is funny how you see things on this board and it brings back memories.

Had (built) that damn car for 19 years.
Sold it 13 years ago. Still miss it.
