order status update question
Hey is anyone having excess notifications of order status updates? In the last 12 hours I've received something like 13 or so. Nothing like this has happened before.

just got notice # 14......

I placed an order yesterday and have received 2 notices today. Nothing unusual, just one notifying the order had been shipped and the other the shipping details.

and now # 15....

and 4 more notices between 9:38 pm and 12:20 am........

It's either a glitch or they view you as a very important customer.
Just give them a call. |

Clearly a problem with the system triggering their emails.
You should forward one to the customer service team. Every email sent costs them $. |
I just sent an e-mail, I've received 4 more since the last time I checked.
