Question Help me figure this out!!!

Hello Fellow Pelicans...

HELP!!!

Can anyone please tell me what I have here. This was sold to me as a LSD Diff for a late 915 Diff. The only problem is that my 7:31 R&P as well as my 8:31 R&P both don't fit on this diff. The diff is slightly larger then the Ring gear to fit on.

This is made out of Billet Material, with Brass Inserts. I have searched tirelessly to figure this out but have not had any luck. It's looks like a GT unit but Matt says it's not his. Could this be for a G50 Transaxle? Could this be for a 993 GT2 or another vehicle/Transaxle Combo? Also, value???? The hubs are from a 930 Turbo. Didn't come with the Diff, just something I had laying around.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

OH WELL, I guess I just can't figure out the picture insertion option.

Here is a link to the web album.

I have no idea about your diff, but the formatting thing I can handle;

If you want, go to your album. open pic. Right click, and chose "Copy image location". Now here, in a post window, choose the icon second in from the right. (looks like a picture of mountains). In the box that opens, position your mouse in the window, right click, and select 'paste". hit "OK, or Enter" or whatever. Post your post, and the picture appears full size.

If I had known earlier

Hi George,

I did find your earlier thread this moment. How can you claim when you try to sell the LSD, that you know everything about ?

If it would have been a PORSCHE part there would have been part # on it, but NOTHING to show where it comes from.

You did offer as PORSCHE MOTORSPORT part, ridiculous !!!!!

Where did you get the enlightenment from with this poor background info ?

When it does not fit 915 it will also NOT fit 930, SAME DIAMETER !!!!

And then selling as 915 + 930 part is simply cheating !!!

I am very sad and disappointed about your behavior and hope someone else will learn from and steer clear from you,

Benno
