1969 911T Seat belts - where do they go?

I have a 1969 911T and the seat belts have no re-tractors. I just lay them in the back floorboard now. Where can they go?

What cleaner do I use so the belt will move for adjustment. Stuck now.

They are some companies that sell replacement retractor seat belts for the 69's. It's a very east upgrade for safety and comfort. There is a bolt that needs to be removed in the rear wheel well that would hold the retractor. The stock seat belts have no real place to go but on the seat...........
