For those that have widebody conversions..where to get brake vents?

I am in the process of getting body parts to do a rear wide body conversion. I have looked and searched on Google but I cannot find rear widebody flares in steel with the cut out for the brake vents. I see pelican sells the flares but I don't see any option for the brake vents. Does anyone know who makes these flares? Can these vents be added to a car that already has a widebody conversion or does the whole fender need to be cut out and replaced with one with the cutout already in place?
