How much are early used S calipers worth and how much leakdown is tolerable on a 2.7 motor with 45K?

I have seen the calipers go by on Ebay for less than $1K a pair.
But most of the time they are a heavy bid item.
The leakdown test should show 5% or less (the less the better).
