In order to not further embarrass myself....
 

I won't go into details on exactly how I managed to apply a fine misting of rattle can red enamel overspray to the deck lid, top, hood and passenger side of the 911 while restoring my 40+ year old Craftsman tool chests / boxes several months ago :mad:

So yesterday I dug out the clay bar kit I bought several years ago (but never got around to using) and voila, four hours and some elbow grease later the overspray is gone and the paint on the 911 looks better than it has in years. The clay bar is truly a miracle tool AND the tool chests /boxes also look as good as new. Such a deal....

I'm a big fan. Brought a few cars back with it over the years.

I misted all our shoes on the 7' tall garage shoe rack with Glasurit 22 Line single stage with hardener. Including some of the bosses nice boots.

The stuff is still on some shoes from ten years ago. Lacquer thinner did not touch it.

Looks like you did a number on your garage floor also ??

Let's just say that I was still learning about setting up a paint gun.

It wasn't so bad that I had to trim the dripping paint off the bottom of the panel with a box cutter but I used too much pressure and that was the result with the old Binks I had.

The floor was wet when I painted so most of it came off.
