84' 911 scraping/grinding sound on the right front

Driving home today I started hearing a scraping sound on the right front. Mananged to get home and it sounded like something under the dust shield. Took off from a light and their were two loud bangs. Then it drove normal again. By the time I got home the brake pedal Lwas low and then went normal on the second application. Stuck caliper? Things to check? No excessive heat or leaks. I see no rotor damage. Scraping seems gone, now the pedal is weird. Thanks Last edited by gadjet; 10-15-2013 at 10:59 AM.. | ||

Sometimes a rock can get stuck in the caliper or maybe your pads are falling apart.

Pull the pads and take a look. "Peddle feels weird" is never a good thing...

Yeah, I nursed it home because I really needed to get to another car. It's parked until I get a chance to get under there and have a look.
