Engine Sound Deadening Mat '73 911E

I need to replace the sound deading mat in the engine compartment of our '73 911E. As with most owners, ours has "disintegrated." Because our car is an original owner 911 with just 66,000 miles, I'd like to install one that appears more or less like the original mat.

Of the two ("non-foil") mats listed by Pelican (a light and heavy) is there a difference as far as resembling the original?

Or... if you have another suggestion (source, etc) please let me know.

Thanks!

Bill

I replaced mine with a black closed foam sheet that I cut to fit and glued in place.

Stock looking? No Functional? Yes

It seems both of those options from Pelican are no longer available. I am also looking for a "stock" style replacement if possible.

Does anyone know of other options besides the foil offerings by Pelican?
