Proper SC Track/Street Heights?
I read in Bruce Andersons book about the proper "Euro" height which he mentioned is 25" rear and 25.5" front. Is this an optimal height after the rest of the suspention is adjusted and aligned or are people going lower than that? I'd like to lower my car a bit more than the above measurements but not at the sacrifice of performance. Can anyone share their ride heights.
FYI - Im currently riding on fusch wheels and Kumo rubber 16x6/205-55 front and 16x7/225-50 rear. |

Smestas,
Mine is the same hight as yours. Way too high. Same wheels too. A buddy of mine has his lowered about one and a half inches lower than ours and it looks/handles real well. He has stiffer than stock bars and Biulsteins. He lives in an even poorer suburb than I do (rough roads) and does not seem to have any issues with bottoming out. Or guard rub. Looks super cool too.

I am sure that this has been asked before....is that measurement at the top of the wheel arch (fender)? I have heard people talk about a static point on the suspension somewhere but obviously we would be driving 4x4's if we measured 25" on the suspension. Mine is 25" f/r btw and I find that that is almost too low (hitting things with the chin spoiler etc) Brian
