1982 SC Targa Seats
Good day,
I am new to the forum and new to 911 ownership. I have a question regarding replacing the seats in my 1982 Targa? The car is all original including the black perforated leather seats, which are showing extreme wear and tear. I have the opportunity to purchase a driver quality set of black perforated leather seats from a 1977 911S. My question is, will these seats replace the current seats without and fit or finish issues? thanks for any and all advice. Rammer |

They will bolt right in using the factory mounts. If they don't come with the sliders you can use the ones off of your seats. Removing the mounting bolts can be a PIA but easily doable with hand tools.
Good luck and show pics of your car and the seats. Welcome to Pelican!

Wayne,
thank you very much! My 911 is a two owner car that the previous owner had for 32 years! In need of much love, but should be be fun to tackle. The forum and Pelican will definitely come in handy! Thanks for the help and advice. Rammer |
