Exclamation 996 Tt 501 Hp

I just purchased a new 2001 twin turbo and I am looking to do mods. I see on this site, www.c2turbo.com that somebody has listed a 501 HP. Anybody here tell me who to call or what mods to do what is an EVO stage 4 ? C2turbo has tons of early and later single turbo car dyno run's with mods but only one 996tt is there alot of shops making mods for this car? Please help need more power !!

Autothority is one of the more recognized 996tt tuners. They have had a couple cars highlighted in European Car, and they have one now in Car and Driver that is making upwards of 700hp. Damn. There is also Cargraphics, FVD,Fabspeed, and of course Ruf. Those are just some of the companies out there for you.

www.techart.de is another.

I thought the Ruf 996"tt" was actually based on a 2WD Carrera, not on the Turbo. Could be wrong, often am.

86slant, Where are you located? If you are in CA., I can hook you up with the right people to do these mods. Use the search feature on this BBS and find my thread "eye candy". Email or PM me.

Another option not mentioned above is Protomotive

I think they're all highly reputable tuners. Just depends which one is closer to you

I know this is a stupid question, but why? Track use? Fast and Furious locals? Seems strange that someone would want to jump on a $100,000 car that is still under warranty and void everything with aftermarked modifications. Just curious.

I think he's just trying to gauge who recommends which tuner for the 996tt's.

Either he is willing to sacrifice warranty with aftermarket mods, or he's just seeking responses from the board at this stage.
