Rear wiper motor
Can somebody please tell me how to disengage the lever and the shaft?

Use a screwdriver and pop the transfer shaft socket off the motor. The ball and socket come apart with some force but are made to come apart. A touch of lube on the ball during reassembly will help with reassembly and smooth running.
