Ditto. Why would someone do an "RS look" and put chromed cup wheels on? Schizophrenia? Perhaps a "flavor to taste" attitude...

No Still no cars.

I like the look of this car but agree it would have been wiser to go stock with the body. But then the reserve should be fairly low. You normally get what you pay for.
My R/S clone was originally a 912. If it were a true S car I would have kept it original, but the vin on the auction car is just a added bonus to a reletively cheap car. Which look do you guy`s like better.

MINE

OR THIS.

Good idea to have the two pic's together, it really makes the white RS clone look even nicer than it already is.

Not intentionally trying to dis the red car, but geezo, after looking at it, what do you have? Not much more than a "put-together" car of different time periods. It loks like it could fit in real nice in Miami with an owner who is of "new money" and has never owned a 911 before.

Heck my car is a put together 911, but at least it is "period correct"

I'm always amazed at what people put up for sale on ebay.....
I'd be embarrased to sell it in my own neighborhood as well.
