Rear Fender Protectors...

OK, what is everyone's take on the black rear fender protectors on non-Turbo width cars? I have seen some cars it looked good on, especially red, and have been considering it for myself.
Thoughts?

Try the magnetic protectors. Easy off if you don't like it. In fact, you can make your own.

I use the MagBra stone guards. They have held up great at 120mph (my comfort limit). And there is no burnish marks on the fenders when I remove them.

I had the stone guards removed from my white 87 Carrera, and the look is much cleaner. If I felt they were needed, I'd get the clear ones.
