Post Anybody ever fix a rear pulley leak?

87 3.2
With the warm weather I get like one drop of oil on the garage floor everytime it's driven. It's coming from the rear pulley area near the alt. It's no big deal, but annoying, and I'd like to fix it. Can it be done in the car? Do I need any special seal installers etc? What's involved? Thanks.

support the engine with a floor jack. remove the muffler, rear sheet metal, unbolt and put the AC compressor on a thick folded blanket on the RR fender, remove AC bracket, and motor mount. a breaker bar is needed to remove the pulley bolt. it's real tight. put it in gear and set the brake to do it. after that, you can swap out the seal and the o ring on the intermediate shaft cover plate. check the cam oil lines while you're in there.

Thanks... I really appreciate it. Hope Wayne has the seal and o-ring. Better go look.

There is a special SEAL INSTALLER tool for this job too, but I am not sure if it is required or not. You may be able to just use a socket to push it on.
