Kinesis rims torque settings

Hi, i have disassembled set of kinesis 3 piece rims for polishing and now I want to put them back. I know that many of you use kinesis, so maybe someone could tell me how to tight them properly?

Here's what I found.

Kinesis wheels, which use relatively small, M6 hardware, torque spec is 15 ft lbs

Install | INDEPENDENT WHEEL
