88 Cabriolet Top vinyl starting to come loose.
Hey guys,
The Vinyl around where the windscreen and top meet is coming loose. On both sides. The panel that fits under the leading edge of the windshield and the leading edge of the top. What is the best way to deal with this? Obviously, I would rather fix it than buy a new top since the top is otherwise excellent. I think the cold has shrunk the vinyl and pulled it off the glue. Plus, it is nearly 30 years old. |

Do you have a pic? On my '84, the vinyl has come unglued, and it is on an easily removed panel. It then is only a matter of re-gluing it.
