911 headliner odometer gear
does anyone know of and instructions on headliner replacement. and has anyone found a source for the plastic odometer gear that breaks ?

You can find headliner replacement in waynes book 101 projects
but be forewarned. It is one of the most difficult jobs described in the book. As for the odometer gear I had the same problem and searched high and low. I finally found a place that had gears but they could not promise the gear would be the right one and there were no returns. I finally bit the bullet and took it to a speedo shop . It cost about 100 and some change but I think it was the best thing in the end. good luck.
