New Prototipo what else needed to install?
 

Hi All,
Just bought a new Prototipo I know I also need a boss kit but do I have to buy anything else to get the horn to function? The wheel comes with the standard MOMO horn push which I would like to change to a Porsche one but do I need anything else on top of the boss kit?

You might need to make a short jumper to ground the horn.

Cool I thought it needed a slip ring or something for the connection. I haven't bought the boss kit yet so unsure what is needed.

It has been a few years since I've changed a wheel, but here goes. The horn button should have two tabs on it. One is connected to the original horn wire. On the steering wheel, you will have a slip ring with a tab. You connect the other tab on the horn button to this. If there is no slip ring, connect the jumper to one of the hub bolts.
