Zf lsd

I'm trying to determine the application of this ZF LSD. Here are the numbers:
406 130 6150 and 406 100 6078 2 51766. the two numbers are shown in the pictures. I've done extensive internet searches but have found the right information. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Allen

Found a picture of the LSD in "Porsche Rallye Zubehor" It's a 40% Porsche Part # 915.332.053.03....In case anyone was curious.

Interesting book. Never seen that before.

If you need some extra plates, I have a slightly used set listed in the classifieds.

It appears from your 1st photo that there wasn't adequate clearance for the output flanges .. or perhaps that's water damage.

Best way to determine application is by measuring and comparing your diff to this chart (your LSD has coarse splines):

I noticed the damage as well. That LSD require special LSD only flanges that are slightly longer than open diff flanges. I suspect that was installed with open diff flanges and damaged when they pulled too tight.

Now the question is it worth anything? It came from a group of ST/RS/RSR/934/935 parts that Han S. Mandt (Toad Hall) had in his warehouse. I cannot imagine him installing something incorrectly.
