How to remove/replace this dashboard part?

My current dashboard part is cracked. Probably by a previous owner who removed the radio.
Yesterday I could score a new one (second hand):

My question is, how can I remove the old one? Is it just glued?

My car is 1988 Targa.

Yes. Try a putty knife type tool.

And a heat gun or hair dryer. Glue will give up easier when it's warm
