Porsche Crest

Nobody is going to bid on it!

The stupid thing is registering the domain name and expecting to make any speculative money on it in the first place!!! Porsche's lawyers could have eBay shut it down with just one little email ...

There *was* money in domain squatting, but only for those that bought "generic" urls. www.drugs.com sold for 7 figures. Very early on it was made clear that squatting trademarked names was a no-no. This guy is absolutely clueless. You could forgive him if it were, say, 5 years ago.

Here's all the Porsche, BMW, Ferrari & VW domains:

http://cq-search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2 F&MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&ebaytag1=ebayreg&query=%2Bdomain+%2B%28Porsche%2CBMW%2CFerrari%2CVW %29&query2=%2Bdomain+%2B%28Porsche%2CBMW%2CFerrari%2CV W%29

Back in the old days, you could get away with this. You'd be pretty much slam-dunked today, which is why they say "buyer responsible for attorney's fees"

Maybe these are lawyers pimping these to drum up business?
