Pre-Purchase Inspection Recommendations - Belmont MA

I think I have located a winner to purchase, a 96 993, polar silver, with dark blue interior, 37k miles. From hires photos provided by the seller, the car looks outstanding. However, I want to have a PPI done before going further - the car is located in Belmont, Mass. The seller suggested Chambers Porsche (authorized dealer where the car is serviced) or a gentleman/shop named George Nelson.
-
Can anyone here recommend a good shop for a PPI that is in the vicinity of Belmont. Does Chambers Porsche enjoy a decent reputation in Bean Town?
-
Thanks much for your help.

Regards,
Chuck

I would recomend EPE in Natick or Autosport Enginerring in Stow. Autosport's # 978-562-7300 Ask for Mark

Try Rensport

I have used Rensport in Framingham for several repairs and have been very satisfied. Rene (the owner) is straight-up. If you're interested, his number is 508-875-8911 and he is located at 50 Tripp St in Framingham.

You won't go wrong with either European Performance or Rennsport. I've used EPE enough to know that they are top-notch, and I've spoken to Rene enough to know that he knows his stuff. Chambers is a luxury car dealership. The guys at EPE race and live 911s. 508/651-1316, you'll probably get Jerry on the phone. They're actually in Framingham, not Natick, although I think they're on the border. 10 Cochituate Street.

Thanks for the responses - I actually recommended to the owner that he use either Rensport or EPE, which ever is closer and/or more convenient for him. Have not heard back. I wonder if he sold the car to someone else?
