RUF exhaust on 3.2 Carrera

Anyone have any experience or have heard of how this muffer/exhaust system works?

Yes:
From arcane commentary a long time ago...probably Bruce Anderson, but not absolutely sure...
I've heard the RUF 3.2 mods include a chip (?), and a Euro ( natch) pre-muffler in lieu of cat...and an additional right side exhaust tip...perhaps some internal muffler mods too.. but this last point is unclear. Supposedly gets close to hp increase comparable to using SSI's, but with less torque in mid-range....about 13-16 hp total.

Looks like a factory hotdog with an extra tip, from the outside anyway. No telling what is inside.



If you have seen the first "Getaway in Stockholm" video with a 3.2 Carrera hauling butt through town, it is suppsedly equipped with a Ruf muffler. Sounds great.

The only "Turbo" in that car was the black leatherseats from the Turbomodel.
