Air punp head bung
What is the part # and where can I purchase these? It is the threaded bung that takes the place of the air pump injection nozzle. Regards jer

Sorry
I don't know, but I want to be part of this thread when you find out. Right now I have a synthetic wine cork shoved in to where the air pump tubing starts.

I worked on a business jet that was using a synthetic wine cork as a heading selector knob for the autopilot. Is there no end to their versatility?

Re: Air punp head bung
All,
The part is a Mercedes torque convertor drain plug Part # 900-219-010-02 AUS$3.05 ea. There is a picture on my website under the engine rebuild section. Cheers, Simon www.adelgigs.com/911sc.htm |
