Center A/C vent installation
 

I posted a question a couple days ago about replacing my center A/C vent, better yet how to remove the old one. My original vent had lost all but two of the vent louvers. I didn't get many responses but I did receive a PM about it. After trying for a bit I gave up trying to remove the entire vent assembly. I decided to just remove the two movable parts that contain the directional louvers. Took all of 2 min.

If you attempt this fix make sure to install the concave washers that help to stiffen the play on the up/down axis.
