3.2 A/C Bracket Removal

I've removed nearly all of the A/C related bracketry from my 3.2 engine - one that remains is the one below (thanks to whoever I stole the photo from). How does this little bracket come off? It almost looks like the nut is captive on the bracket. Does that nut just unscrew?

Looks like it's captive, but it's not. It will just spin off. It has to be removed to get the cam boxes off, IIRC.

The list is growing, but among other things I am replacing old fuel lines, fixing oil leaks, new clutch kit, cleaning injectors, powder-coating tinware, switching from cabrio to coupe engine mount assembly, repairing broken charcoal canister lines, ignition tune-up, valve adjustment etc... Basically a bunch of maintenance without cracking open the engine.

Time to increase your line of credit, the slope will only get more slippery. Ask me how I know
