Warm up regulator question
 

I've posted a picture of the warm up regulator from a 78 911 sc.

The ceramic heating element is broken in half. Are these available new or as part of a rebuild kit. Thanks BILLhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1390846270.jpg

AFIK, the elements are not available, nor is the arm with the element--at least in a rebuilt form as a separate installation piece. There are companies that supply rebuilt WUR's and likely rewire the element in-house or sub it out. You may try to find a used WUR of the same number and swap in the element to yours. Others may have more complete information, however, so let more replies come in.
