Can't access 911 Classifieds

Anyone else experiencing problems accessing the 911 Classified section ?

Both yesterday & today whenever I try to enter the 911 classified section I get an error message which states:

Can't open perl script "C:\pelicanparts\cgi-bin\ultimate\forumdisplay.cgi": No such file or directory

I'm getting the same error message. Wayne, have you been fooling with the server again?
