Flojo,

Liking the look still. Obviously it is lowered to Eropean hight?
Are your wheels 16 inches? The yellow Porsche embellishment is a great custom touch too!

That’s now a great looking car flo .

Irrelevant true story , but I once got stranded in your town and spent the night sleeping on the floor in the airport

it's lower. Specs are:
Measured from floor to fender arch: front 63cm, rear 62cm
camber is front -1.4, rear -1.0
wheels are 7/8x16 Fuchs with Conti Sportcontact front 205/55, rear 225/50

I ride Bilstein Nürburgring shocks, Turbo struts and Turbo tierods front, also a RS strutbrace
stiffer sway bar and monoball couplers at rear

Thanks for sharing Flojo,

Interesting suspension info. What are Turbo struts? I love my Turbo tie rods. I am Likely going to spherical A-arm bushings and Bilstein HD shocks and some lowering. I’ll still have much appreciation for your inspirational thread here!

Well, unless I didn’t get it completely wrong, the green Bilstein front struts with the upside down Bilstein shocks are commonly called „Turbo struts“. Guess it’s because the 930 had these...

Thank you Flojo, I strolled through your thread and found the history of your ride height modifications. Interesting journey to be sure! The switch from multi colored Porsche stripe to the yellow one was genius IMHO!

With those specs i would advice you to mount a bump steer kit if you have not done yet.
Your car will feel much better. Especially while driving straight.
Mine is 62cm in the front and felt very nervous on rough "Landstraßen"..
Was gone after mounting the kit

thanks for the advice.
though I must say, that I cannot feel any disadvantage of not having this kit installed.

I don't know what you were "thinking"... I just can tell you that running 240kmh on the Autobahn is no issue the way it is.

Maybe it's the 1cm that Rob's car is lower than mine?
His: front 62cm
Mine: 63 cm
