Burgundy seat upholstery

Looking for burgundy seat upholstery..
Autoberry sent a swatch but it looks a little brown then mine. Mine has a more purplish color. Any one know of some good sources that can send me a swatch to match my interior color better.
85, 911, Euro model., standard seats, leather insert

Thank
Len

Pelican has samples
Pelican Parts - Restoration Materials - German Interior Vinyl

World Upholstery might also be a good choice.

Ok bringing up an old thread
.I bought 81-84 sport seats that need covering. I ordered some swatches but they do not match to good..
What do you think of covering them in black front and back but leave everything else burgundy?...

Glad to see this thread. I have an interest in recovering my SC sport seats with burgundy leather to match the rest of the stock burgundy interior. Are they available? In the correct color?

Try samples from World Upholstery and Autos International, they were able to match some hard to find mid-seventies 911 vinyl for me in russet red.

I have samples that match pretty good, but black is so much cheaper , It hard to spend $1000. more , What about dyeing the seats burgundy?

The prices I am seeing....$1400-ish for two-seat sport seat kits in leather....don't sound that bad. Sure, paying less would be great, but if they fit properly and are the right color, and leather....

I have not spoken to World Upholstery, etc., but in viewing Pelican's catalogue the part that makes me nervous is the "no return" thing. New seat covers to match my factory Burgundy interior would HAVE to match. Burgundy is red with a bit of blue. Burgundy is a reddish purple. There are many shades of Burgundy. VERY easy to get wrong.

The driver seat on my Burgundy leather seats (color code #968) is pretty much worn. I ordered a sample from World Upholstery and received an answer right away that the sample is on the way. The front seats in my car look more brownish vs. burgundy, but the door panels and dash do look more burgundy. I think the seats have just faded and worn over the years. When I receive the samples I will not compare it to the worn seats, but rather to the rest of the interior of the car.

$1,400 is not too bad for two seats. If it lasts again for 32+ years, I think it's worth it. And the smell of real leather seats.......

Thank you. Keep us posted. My seats are actually from a different car, and they are gray-ish brown. The car is Mocha, so they look nice with the car, but the interior is non-matching. I am not going to spend this money and make this change unless the interior is going to match.
