I am looking for a specific year when Chick Iverson closed and or went through a buy sell. Was the store known after as Newport Beach Porsche?

Also looking for any information on a Dr. Buzz Williamson. He was an Orthodontist located in Newport Beach Ca. He would be 79-80 years of age.
