Rusty Problem
 
I am doing 1975 911s SAE reto. Most rusty parts are replaceable but I dont now how to best handle this problem . I believe this is called the fender hanger . Its where tha front fender bolts to the car. Please clarify if this is what it is called . Any suggestions on how to repair this ?
