Part Question
Someone out there must know this.. !
What is the rod that goes from the transmission to the throttle assembly called? What is its purpose? Has a loop that fits over an arm on the dvrs side of the trans, and then connects onto the throttle assembly on top of the engine.. thanks |

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1393459839.jpg It connect the horizontal rod from the tunnel through the engine tin to the throttle via a bell crank at the front of the engine. The loop is there so that you can remove it once its disconnected at the top. |
Ah ha. Okay now it makes sense. Had the engine out and transmission separated and had misplaced the rod.
