What to do with extra seats? Check it out.

So I have track seats in the car at the moment and wanted to figure out a way to utilize my seats that were stored in the closet. This is the best solution I came up with. Bunk bed ladders for $24. The seats are probably 1" taller than a regular chair but are now fully functional.

The seats are a little back heavy, however, I have the sliders still attached and moved forward. I can actually recline the seats and they are stable. I knew this may be a concern going into the project and was rather surprised/ happy with the balance.

Jason,

My son mounted the extra SC seats onto an old computer chairs' base as shown. And my computer runs faster now than before. LOL.

I have wanted to do an office chair with a Porsche seat. I would love to buy a black 3.2 passenger seat with the leather in excellent condition. I could make the office chair I've wanted for several years.

Better checked for broken studs or you'll be in a world of hurt. And don't forget to use Brad Penn when you lube it.

My build of an office chair from an aftermarket houndstooth sport seat I took out of my 1970 911t.
