help me identify what this connector is for
 

Below is a photo of a 2 wired connector in the front left hand side of the trunk just above the washer motor. The wires are brown and yellow, the brown appears to be a ground the yellow wire goes back into the main loom. I found it whilst cleaning up my washer lines and am not sure what it is supposed to plug into.

Flux Capacitor? Sorry, I have one of those too, but am too intellectually lazy to ask or care. Maybe I will now, maybe not. AC blower motor?

Thats my guess as well AC blower motor as I removed one but dont remmember un connecting that part but it makes sense.

Just a thought.

The 1983 diagram on the site here shows the AC condenser blower to have a white/green wire along with the brown.

Is there a chance there is a green stripe on the "yellow" wire? They did change things on the 84 but not everything. Maybe, it's a yellowed white?
