horsepower: '92 vs '94 964

The guys working on my '92 964 also take care of a '94.

They say the '94 has a lot more zip the minute it accelerates, much more than mine.

SO are any of you aware of a major difference in 'snap' between the two.

I owned a 92 12 years ago. No difference between it and 94... Also the first 993 was much the same.

The real difference came with the introduction Vario Ram engine in the 993.

On a related note... The 964 Turbo (CIS Injection ~ Bad Boy car) was/is a more responsive and exciting car to drive than the later 993 version.
................. Greatly under rated and a future collectable if you can find one IMO.
